Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Fabric Place. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. Any orders where items are out of stock will have a longer despatch time, but we will keep our customers updated accordingly. Please note that orders are not shipped on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the item's weight.

Our main delivery partners are FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail, and we use their next-working-day delivery service, which does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

Medium Shipping

4.01kg - 10.00kg.    £7.99

Large Parcel 

10.01kg - 15.00kg.   £20.00

Very Large Parcel

15.01kg - 20.00kg.   £25.00

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but we always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be activated as soon as the item has been dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

My Fabric Place is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

My Fabric Place is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the UK.
