Q. Do you deliver to the European Union?
A: As of December 2024, we are no longer able to ship outside the UK.
Q. What are your delivery timeframes?
A. We aim to ship within 2-3 working days. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery, please contact us for a quote.
If you choose first-class delivery, we aim to ship your goods within 2 working days by Royal Mail First Class post for small parcels or a recognised courier service for larger items, which can be tracked. Standard delivery is typically 3-4 working days by Royal Mail 2nd class post for small items or a recognised carrier for larger items, which can be tracked.
Q. Can I return products?
A. If an item has been damaged in shipping due to unprotected packaging or if an item is unusable due to a manufacturing error, we will ship a replacement free of charge. There are absolutely no refunds on any cut items.

Q. What is your 'sample' size?
A. Our sample size is approximately 20cm x 20cm
Q. My fabric doesn't look the same colour as on the website.
A. We try our best to photograph fabrics as carefully as possible, but different lighting conditions may make fabric colours look different in a photograph than in real life. We offer samples for our full-priced fabrics, allowing you to ensure the colours match your expectations.
