If an item has been damaged in shipping due to unprotected packaging or if an item is not usable due to a manufacturing error we will ship a replacement free of charge. There are absolutely no refunds on any cut items. This means no returns on fabrics, ribbons or trims. Unfortunately when a fabric, ribbon, or trim is cut for your purchase, that makes it non-returnable or refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do inspect all fabrics carefully before shipping, but as we are human there may be a flaw that we did not catch. Therefore, we will replace damaged merchandise free of charge after you ship the item back at our cost. We are here to satisfy our customers and hope they will continue to visit us in future.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer unless goods supplied were faulty. In such a case the supplier shall be responsible. When returning goods, the buyer must inform the supplier prior to dispatching the said goods. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all items returned. Returned goods must be sent requiring a signature from the seller/sellers representative to confirm receipt as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time. Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
