Returns Policy

 

If an item has been damaged in shipping due to unprotected packaging or if an item is not usable due to a manufacturing error we will ship a replacement free of charge. There are absolutely no refunds on any cut items. This means no returns on fabrics, ribbons or trims.

 Unfortunately, when a fabric, ribbon, or trim is cut for your purchase, it becomes non-returnable or non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We inspect all fabrics carefully before shipping, but as we are human, there may be a flaw that we have not caught. Therefore, we will replace damaged merchandise free of charge, provided you ship the item back to us at our expense. We are here to satisfy our customers and hope they will continue to visit us in future.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer unless the goods supplied were faulty. In such a case, the supplier shall be responsible. When returning goods, the buyer must inform the supplier prior to dispatching the said goods. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all items returned. Returned goods must be sent, requiring a signature from the seller/seller's representative to confirm receipt, as the title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time. Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
